Who we are
Primonk started the same way most good ideas do — out of pain. We were running Shopify stores and spending more time fighting bloated apps than actually growing the business. Too many features we didn't need, too little support when things broke, and prices that didn't match the value.
So we built our own tools. Small, focused apps that do one thing extraordinarily well. No clutter. No upsell traps. No mystery pricing.
Today, thousands of Shopify merchants use Primonk apps every day to manage inventory, run promotions, offer free gifts, and handle custom fees — without the headache.

Every feature starts with a real merchant problem. We don't build things because they look good in a demo — we build them because someone running a store genuinely needs it.
We remove features as often as we add them. If something complicates the experience without adding real value, it doesn't ship. Simple is hard — we do it on purpose.
When something breaks or you have a question, a real person replies. Not a bot, not a three-day ticket queue. We treat your store with the same urgency we'd want for our own.
